All Ag-Timber Tax Exempt Numbers will expire on 12/31/2023. You must complete and sign a new certificate by January 1, 2024, to avoid taxes being applied to your account. We also need a copy of your tax-exempt registration card. If your exemption includes multiple entities, a separate form must be completed for each entity. A pdf version of the sales tax exempt form can be found at this link.
